Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Clinical Social Worker, you will be tasked with:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each patient's unique mental health needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans grounded in established best practices, ensuring they are solution-focused and evidence-based.
• Utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to patient preferences.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and professional standards.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to optimize patient care through coherent treatment strategies.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service delivery and care effectiveness.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources.
• Continuously updating your professional knowledge to incorporate current findings and trends in mental health practice.
• Overseeing a full caseload of clients, ensuring timely interventions and that treatment goals are achieved.
• Adhering to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) ethical standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting focusing on psychotherapy services.
• Profound understanding of solution-based therapeutic interventions and mental health treatment techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with patients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
