Valor Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Supervise banquet staff in the completion of assigned functions and setup; oversee service and breakdown ensuring safety and guest satisfaction; Check servers' and house staff BEOs for accuracy and ensure adherence to directions; Maintain clean public areas and effective communication with group representatives; Ensure proper presentation and service of all Food & Beverage items per standards and Banquet Event Orders; Compile end-of-event checks and ensure correct billing; complete required paperwork; recap checks at end of day; return equipment and leave areas tidy
