Job Description Job Description We are hiring an experienced, outgoing, physically fit janitorial professional to be solely responsible for a designated area of accounts in the Bryan / College Station area.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values honesty, integrity, and long-term commitment , and who takes pride in owning their work without constant oversight.What You'll DoOversee all janitorial operations for assigned accountsConduct inspections and ensure cleaning standards are metTrain new cleaners and provide retraining as neededCover call-offs and assist with cleaning when requiredManage supplies and equipment for your areaEnforce company policies, safety standards, and accurate timekeepingCommunicate with management and Field QC support(No direct customer interaction required — Field QC support handles that.)What We're Looking ForPrior janitorial experience required (commercial or medical preferred)Proven employment stability and reliabilityAble to manage an area independently without micromanagementPhysically fit and comfortable with hands-on workHonest, trustworthy, and dependableMature, professional, and solutions-orientedValid driver's license and reliable transportationImportant NoteThis role is intended for someone seeking a long-term position with responsibility and growth .
