Job Description Job Description Description: The Lube Technician services vehicles as assigned by management following all established standards and procedures, which includes rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids. He or she checks the oil, tire pressure and condition, filters, windshield wiper fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids, and engine coolant.The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, an aptitude for vehicle maintenance, and Chrysler Technician certification. State­ certified inspectors a plus. Candidates must have fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and appropriate appearance and behavior.ResponsibilitiesChecks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as requiredPerforms routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobsMaintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairsEnsures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standardsPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements: QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredOne year of relevant experience preferredChrysler Technician CertifiedKnowledge of automotive servicing or repair highly desiredUnrestricted driver's license and clean driving recordCan drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehiclesNeat, clean, and professional appearanceExcellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staffBasic computer and internet skillsCertification as a state inspector a plusKeating Auto Group is always looking for talented, self-motivated individuals to join our team.
