The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site utilities, earthwork, and/or concrete construction and proven leadership skills in managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and quality control.Qualifications:5+ years of construction supervision experienceExperience in site utilities, earthwork, or concreteStrong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and quality controlProficiency in reading plans and specificationsLeadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specificationsCoordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materialsInterpret plans, blueprints, and specificationsConduct and document daily site inspections and progress reportsEnforce company and OSHA safety standardsCommunicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and bilingual crewsTroubleshoot and resolve site issues in real time
