We create outdoor spaces that families are proud to enjoy.As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic, creative, and organized In-House Marketer to help us generate leads, strengthen our brand, capture our work, and tell the Landscaping Ninjas story.Position OverviewThe In-House Marketer will be responsible for helping drive new leads through social media, content creation, community marketing, email/text campaigns, jobsite marketing, referral campaigns, and local brand-building efforts.This role is perfect for someone who is creative, proactive, comfortable with social media, and excited to work around construction, outdoor projects, and real-world jobsite transformations.You will help turn our completed projects, jobsite progress, customer stories, and company culture into marketing that brings in new customers.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business ProfileCapture photos and videos of projects before, during, and after completionCreate short-form videos, reels, jobsite walkthroughs, and before/after contentWrite captions, posts, promotions, and simple ad copyHelp plan and launch local marketing campaignsManage review requests and help grow our online reputationUpdate Google Business Profile with photos, posts, services, and project highlightsHelp create email and text campaigns for past customers and leadsAssist with referral campaigns, giveaways, and community promotionsCoordinate yard signs, door hangers, jobsite marketing, and neighborhood campaignsTrack basic marketing performance such as leads, engagement, reviews, and campaign resultsWork closely with the owner and team to identify marketing opportunitiesKeep the brand consistent, professional, rugged, and craftsmanship-focusedWhat We're Looking ForThe right person is not afraid to be creative, take initiative, and get out from behind the desk. Some days you may be designing a post, and other days you may be on a jobsite capturing video of a patio, pergola, drainage project, or outdoor transformation.QualificationsExperience with social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing preferredComfortable taking photos and videos with a phone or cameraBasic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business ProfileStrong writing and communication skillsCreative eye for before/after transformations and storytellingOrganized and able to manage multiple marketing tasks at onceComfortable visiting jobsites and interacting with crews and customersPositive attitude and willingness to learnCanva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, email marketing, or CRM experience is a plusExperience in construction, landscaping, home services, or local service marketing is a plus but not requiredIdeal CandidateYou might be a great fit if you:Love creating contentUnderstand how to make local businesses stand out onlineEnjoy seeing real projects come to lifeAre comfortable around outdoor construction environmentsLike working with a growing company where your ideas matterCan take a simple jobsite moment and turn it into a great marketing pieceAre self-motivated and do not need to be micromanagedCompany Description Outdoor luxury landscaping. everything from simple drainage projects to 6 figure back yard landscapes including hardscapes, lighting, outdoor living spaces, putting greens, water features and more!
