Job Details

Supervises the tendering of shipments of inbound & outbound freight needs of the plant. Responsible for enforcing appropriate freight tendering compliance levels and lost opportunity costs. Responsible for supervising the tendering of interplant shipments. Responsible for supervising LTL shipments and potential product returns to the plant. Responsible for and directs movements of materials to and from our off-site warehouse and the plant in a timely manner. Ensures the plant warehouse doesnt get over-crowded and there is a good flow of inventory out of the plant to avoid over-crowding (IE direct what inventory gets sent to off-site) Responsible for organization and housekeeping for each warehouse we operate out of Plant Champion for import / exporting protocols Addresses issues as needed to our carrier network and supervises other needs of communication to them.
