The Scion Group - - Responsibilities: Maintain the physical condition of the property according to The Scion Groups Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and Industrys; Operate system monitoring/diagnostics, preventative testing for life safety systems; Coordinate delivery and work schedules with vendors, contractors as approved by the Facilities Manager or Supervisor; Diagnose and perform routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional; Assure all service requests are completed
