We are looking for a mobile phlebotomist to help in insurance and corporate wellness.Job Description Responsible for obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.Travel to patients' locations for appointments.Paid per appointment and service provided, (this is not an hourly position).Bi-Weekly pay.Responsibilities Travel to specified locations to obtain samples as required.Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities.Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKGs & medical history.Accurately labeling all samples.Packaging and distributing samples and paperwork to their required destinations.Requirements Proven experienced phlebotomist.Valid driver's license.Valid auto Insurance.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law.Detail-oriented organizational skills.Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to detail.Reliable transportation.Must be computer proficient, have internet access, and printer/scanner to upload completed documents.Must pass background and drug screen.About Medical Profiles, Inc.
