Accountabilities:

In this role, you will manage inbound customer interactions and ensure accurate documentation and resolution of service requests in a structured support environment.

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Document product issues, complaints, and service requests accurately in internal systems
  • Process orders, returns, and service requests, including Return Goods Authorizations when needed
  • Provide basic product and technical support to customers and end users
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain data accuracy within CRM and business systems while following established procedures
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems in a structured environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in customer service or healthcare-related support roles
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask across phone systems and data entry platforms
  • Experience using CRM tools and maintaining accurate records
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented call center environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes and procedures consistently
