Valmont Industries - - Responsibilities: Weld and tack weld various components to assemble pole shafts using the GMAW process; Read and interpret drawings to determine parts needed and their locations; Position shafts manually and with jib crane for assembly; Cut steel using plasma torch and related jigs; drill and finish parts as needed; Operate and maintain equipment and perform quality checks to ensure proper welds and assembly
