This position is critical to the success of our dealership. You will oversee all aspects of the Service Department, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development.We are looking for a high-energy leader who can prioritize effectively, build strong relationships, and create a service culture that reflects our commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities* Oversee daily operations of the service department* Drive customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality service* Lead and coach technicians and service staff to achieve performance goals* Foster clear communication across departments, especially with Parts and Sales* Implement service processes that ensure consistency and efficiency* Monitor work orders, labor sales, and service profitability* Promote a positive team culture built on accountability and respect* Stay current on product knowledge and safety requirements* Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies
