Join Our Team as a Merchandise Stocker!

As a Merchandise Stocker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our store. Your primary responsibilities include receiving, pricing, and inspecting freight while ensuring all stocking procedures are followed meticulously. You will prioritize restocking based on the highest demand items to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Keeping the store clean and tidy, both inside and out, is also a vital part of your job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embrace and support our company culture while driving our Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Accurately and efficiently execute stocking tasks.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Become proficient in stocking procedures such as:
• Return to Stock (RTS)
• Return to Vendor (RTV)
• Validating packing slips
• Tagging merchandise
• Sensor tagging merchandise (if applicable)
• Keep the back-stock moving to the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Report to work promptly and professionally dressed.
• Stay alert and security-conscious during work hours.
• Complete other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet company goals, including web order completion and contest participation.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong comprehension of basic instructions and documents.
• Able to apply abstract principles to complex tasks.
• Effective communication skills to respond appropriately to various situations.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Vigilance and alertness are essential throughout work hours.
