Field Operations Manager
GPAC is currently representing one of our top clients who is searching for a field operations manager to join their reputable business. See below for details.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Oversee the current field staff
- Work closely with their biologists, field techs, account managers, and current management team
- Coordinate between 3 locations
- Field quality control & risk mitigation exp. is a must
- Minimum of 5 yrs experience in lake & pond management
- Degree in wildlife & fisheries
- $90k - $120k base salary + full benefits, PTO, 401k etc.
- ROOM TO GROW - This company has seen rapid growth and is looking to continue that growth
- Family owned and operated - No Corporate
- Work with some excellent reservoirs & conservations
