Full Time - Field Reporting Specialist

Summary of Position:

This position is responsible for the collection of images and information regarding homes and businesses. This position interacts with policyholders, insurance agency personnel, and coworkers while maintaining a polite, professional manner and appearance. This position uses their own, personal vehicle, personal computer, and smart phone which will be used to obtain these images and information. Most of the workday will be spent outdoors collecting photos and information with the remainder of the workday being spent in the Field Rep's home office. Some overnight travel may be required. The position is best suited for those that are goal-oriented, self-starters with good time management skills not requiring close supervision.

• Consistently meet service, quality, and production expectations.

Physical Requirements:

• Be physically fit and able to drive, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time.
• Have good balance, being able to walk up/down inclines and across uneven ground.

• Dependable vehicle with valid insurance.
• Personal computer with internet service.
• Mobile smart phone.
• Mobile device compatible with Reliable Report's Android based mobile application.
• Be in compliance with employee handbook and company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Grooming Requirements:

Hair must be a natural color and kept neatly groomed at all times. Braids, cornrows and dread locks may be worn as long as the style is conservative, they lie snugly on the head, are neat in appearance. Men's hair must not be longer than the bottom of collar. Mohawks and spiked hair are prohibited. Men may not have ponytails. Facial hair may not be more than 1/2 inch long at the bottom and the area under the chin must be shaved. Sideburns must not extend beyond the ear lobe or into the face. All skin surrounding any facial hair must always be clean-shaven.
