Set up and align saw/slitter machines for operation. Place foam orders as needed. Maintain a steady production rate. Follow all safety and quality guidelines and procedures. Keep work area clean and organized. Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes. Identify and report product, process, or quality system issues. Recommend or initiate solutions through proper channels. Verify the implementation of corrective actions. Halt further processing of nonconforming product until issues are resolved. Notify management of any quality-related concerns. Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor or lead JOB REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of factory or manufacturing experience. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
