SUMMARY
To perform a wide variety of duties representing the State of Texas in all criminal and civil matters as laid out in State law. Also, to perform duties advising County Departments and Commissioners Court in legal matters.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Reports Directly to the County Attorney.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
Direct Reports - Deputy Clerk(s), Investigator
Number of Direct Reports - 2 to 4
