About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Supply Chain to lead our Receiving, Shipping, and Warehouse operations. In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of products from inbound materials through to customer delivery - driving efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all shipping, receiving, transportation, and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and on-time product movement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while promoting a culture aligned with our company values.
• Identify and remove process bottlenecks, using Lean and Six Sigma tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Define and implement supply chain strategies that support both short-term performance and long-term growth.
• Achieve and maintain key performance metrics, including inventory accuracy and 100% on-time shipments.
• Partner with purchasing, production, and quality control teams to maintain operational excellence.
• Prepare and present KPI and performance reports to the Leadership Team.
• Manage warehouse scheduling and ensure proper use of WMS and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with quality control to maintain consistency, product quality, and compliance with standards.
• Drive special projects and initiatives that strengthen overall business operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related supply chain roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and operations leadership.
• Strong team-building and coaching skills; proven ability to lead through influence and example.
• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in apparel decoration (screen printing, embroidery, heat press, DTF) strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
