Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal representation in family law cases from inception to trial
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to meet clients' individual needs, offering advice on legal options, and acting as the main liaison between the firm and clients
  • Advocate for clients in mediations, depositions, trials, and hearings related to family law matters
  • Get clients, experts, and witnesses ready for legal proceedings through consultations and necessary preparations to ensure optimal representation

Qualifications

  • Active Texas law license and good standing with the Texas Bar Association
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and platforms (Word, Outlook, Dropbox, and electronic legal research tools)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to market oneself as a skilled family law litigator
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to teamwork and contributing to the team's success

Compensation

Compensation: $160,000 per year
