CAPEX Engineer

CONTEXT (client background / the program)

Our Pharma CDMO Partner is focused on preclinical development through to commercial manufacturing for biologics, advanced therapies, and vaccines. They provide start-to- finish solutions for drug development and manufacturing. This team supports equipment purchases, large builds, and all Texas CAPEX projects. Daily activities would include assisting with writing capital expenditure funding requests, developing and maintaining schedules, escorting the vendors who perform the work, assisting with weekly meetings, and other project management related tasks.

QUALIFICATION SUMMARY

1. Willingness to learn: Individual must be coachable and willing to learn in the CAPEX space.
2. Must have either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree
3. Must be flexible and willing to move from one project to another as needed
4. Candidate must have 1-5 years of Pharma GMP Experience:

NICE TO HAVES

1. Some Familiarity in Capital Projects and/or construction space
2. Ability to work and communicate well with others
3. Flexibility to jump from one project to another over the course of the assignment

LOCATION & TRAVEL

40 Hours Onsite College Station, TX

START & TERM

October 6 through a 6 month contract with a high probability of extending out a few years.
