About the Role

Join our team as a Seasonal Stockroom Associate, where you'll play an essential role in delivering outstanding customer service and executing store operations with precision. Your responsibilities will include efficiently managing freight processing and replenishment tasks, ensuring a smooth omni-channel experience.

What You Will Do

• Receive and process products by unloading truck shipments, managing stockroom operations, and fulfilling omni-channel orders with accuracy.

• Restock the sales floor as needed, adjusting to seasonal changes and product sell-through rates.

• Greet customers and assist them with their needs, creating a welcoming shopping environment.

• Implement product protection standards to ensure the safety and security of all merchandise.

• Assist in training new hires on our brand standards, product knowledge, and inventory processes under the guidance of management.

What Skills You Bring

Required

• Exceptional customer service skills, along with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• No prior retail experience is necessary; we welcome all applicants!

• You must be at least 16 years old to apply.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

• A background in client-facing roles within retail or service industries.
