Reports To: Director of Project Management Program

Description: The project manager 2 shall lead design/build POD cleanroom projects from receipt of purchase order from customer to project close out. The project manager will aid in conceptual design, detailed estimate, quote, and project coordination prior to the purchase order. Then the PM 2 shall directly oversee and drive completion of the detailed design phase, manufacturing phase, site installation and acceptance testing requirements. This position is also responsible for ensuring projects are executed on budget and on schedule while meeting quality standards and with proper documentation provided as well.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience: Construction Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Science, or Architecture required
• Minimum of 4 years: Project management experience and preferably experienced in cleanroom design and construction. Must have management experience in overseeing various components of a department or functional area
• Advanced Knowledge in production scheduling and materials planning
• Advanced Knowledge in cleanroom construction methods
• Advanced Knowledge procurement, estimating, and forecasting
• Advanced Knowledge in working with manufacturing based technology and processes
• Advanced Knowledge in HVAC systems and Pharmaceutical cleanroom experience required
• Advanced Skill in project management, planning, and logistics Advanced People management skills
• Advanced Skill in basic computer functions such as word processors, spreadsheets, and internet usage
