A dominating roofing company is seeking a seasoned Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex roofing projects from pre-construction to closeout. You'll serve as the key liaison between clients, general contractors, field crews, and internal stakeholders. Commercial Roofing Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage 5+ concurrent commercial roofing projects, primarily K-12 schools, hospitals, and government facilities
• Coordinate with GCs, superintendents, and owners' reps to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee submittals, scheduling, and procurement processes
• Collaborate with estimators and internal teams to monitor project budgets and timelines
• Prepare and submit monthly pay applications and schedules of values
• Conduct weekly jobsite visits and facilitate project meetings
• Track job progress and provide detailed updates to clients and stakeholders
• Maintain quality control and safety compliance throughout each project
• Resolve on-site challenges and client escalations professionally

Commercial Roofing Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial roofing
• Direct experience on complex institutional/commercial projects
• Proven ability to manage submittals and work alongside large GCs
• Familiarity with roofing systems
• Strong knowledge of project billing, schedules of values, and construction documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Bluebeam and PlanSwift preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Must pass a background check
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills
• Comfortable working under pressure in demanding commercial construction environments
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
