Luxury hotel is seeking a Director of Finance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a director of finance for an independent, upscale property. In this role, the candidate will have experience reporting to and advising directly with ownership, management, and the operational team onsite. This role will require meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, management and leadership skills of the accounting team, tact and diplomacy in dealing with various stakeholders, and the ability to work in an ambiguous environment. Luxury Hotel Director of Finance Qualifications:MS in Accounting or Business Administration 4 years as Director of Finance in a Hotel setting with multiple outlets, 100 rooms, $5 M Revenue. Experience with de-centralized accounting, closing down to cash. Ability to see the big picture and the role that Finance plays.
