Program Development and Evaluation Responsibilities Case Management What we are looking for in you: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, business administration or a related field Three years of progressively responsible experience coordinating and supervising social services programs, with at least one year of supervisory experience. Valid State Driver's License Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively. Ability to perform complex mathematical computations and to analyze/interpret complex budgets. Ability to perform public speaking. Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time. Duties are usually performed seated.
