Job Description : The Ebilling Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the firm's electronic billing (ebilling) systems and providing support to the attorneys and client account managers as related to the successful submission of all electronic billing. Ebilling Coordinators are responsible for transitioning clients to electronic billing; submitting all time keepers and rates to each client and/or ebilling vendor site; collaborating with the billing team members to ensure timely submission of invoices and resubmissions of corrected and/or appealed invoices.

The salary range at the time of posting is $60,000.00-$70,000.00 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
