In this role, you'll develop and implement innovative virtual coaching strategies tailored for online learners, guiding them individually and in affinity groups along their career development paths. You'll provide expert advice in areas such as self-awareness, career awareness, interest, fit, and skills, while offering constructive feedback on their progress. Additionally, you'll coach students in translating technical skills into business competencies.
