Description:
Works with install technicians and service techs in a support role to assist with the completion of installs and service calls. Performs wiring homes under construction (pre-wire) and trim out jobs as the main focus of their tasks. Assists with daily procedures and paperwork for their assigned technician. (The first 90 days of employment to serve as an evaluation period)

- Requires excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Must have a valid Texas Driver License.
- Smart phone required for time clock and paperwork submission.

- Equipment interconnection and cable routing
- Pre-wire and retro-wire standards and practices
- Basic troubleshooting of simple systems
- Completion of ProSource University within the first year of employment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
- Familiar with desktop and mobile computing
- Clean driving record and background check
