Security Supervisor – Top Secret w/Polygraph

• Salary: $74880 - $93600 / yr + Benefits Package

Employment Type is Hourly (Full-Time) at a rate of $36-$45/hr; O/T wage opportunities and day/night shifts are also available.

Employer is seeking a TS-Cleared Security Supervisor for Full-Time employment (W-2) in San Antonio, TX. The Security Supervisor will manage and supervise on-duty shift personnel and escalate issues and incidents to the US Government Agency corporate partner's Site Security Manager. Please note that relocation assistance will not be provided.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct pre-shift inspections and supervise on-duty shift personnel.
2. Escalate issues and incidents to the Corporate Site Security Manager.
3. Create entries and narratives into the Desk Journal (SharePoint site).
4. Monitor alarms, video cameras, and other signals.
5. Answer telephones and provide customer service to visitors and employees.
6. Operate the access control system, issue access control badges, and ensure required personnel pre-access documents have been properly signed.
7. Issue and maintain any hard keys in the key management system.
8. Conduct inventories of security staff equipment and report malfunctions.
9. Consistently maintain documentation and follow standardized procedures in preparation for unannounced audits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must possess an active DoD TOP SECRET clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph at time of application.
2. Experienced and knowledgeable with SharePoint.
3. Possess a minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a cleared security escort.
4. Must be willing and able to work in San Antonio, Texas; relocation is not offered so local candidates are preferred.
5. Willing to work Overtime and on flexible hours/shifts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Prior US Military preferred.
2. Have military experience with security and access control.
3. First Aid and CPR/AED certified.
