Qualifications

Be the Best Spiritual Care Counselor I You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; ordination, credentialing, or commissioning according to recognized religious practices
  • Three Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units from ACPE or recognized equivalents
  • Previous hospice experience preferred; minimum one-year supervised experience in medical, educational, or religious settings
  • Ability to provide inter-faith spiritual care with high cultural and theological competence

Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • State-specific requirements above minimum education standards
  • Reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance
