Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members in customer service, performance, and quality assurance.
• Train, support, and coach team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote sales, recruit, and train staff.
• Maintain knowledge of maintenance, chemicals, and operations.

Qualifications
