Salary:
$5,084.33 - $7,083.33 per month commensurate with experience.
Job Description Summary:
The Project Manager Ill serves as the strategic operations leader for the NSF SECURE Analytics program, focusing on long-term sustainability beyond federal funding. This role combines high-level program oversight with deep financial and business analysis expertise. The position holder will design and implement analytical frameworks to evaluate program performance, develop future business plans, and drive strategic decision-making. Through comprehensive management of budgeting, resource allocation, and financial operations, they will ensure the program's continued viability and growth. Their primary mission is to transform current federal funding into a sustainable operational model, requiring both strategic vision and practical financial acumen.
Responsibilities:
Business Development - Design and execute the program's transformation into a sustainable Saas enterprise model. - Develop comprehensive business strategies to establish market position and revenue streams Create frameworks for evaluating market opportunities and competitive advantage. - Lead initiatives to expand institutional partnerships and market penetration.
Financial Strategy & Growth Management - Direct strategic allocation of $17.5M NSF funding to maximize long-term program value. - Develop financial models and metrics to guide business transformation. - Create sustainable revenue frameworks to support post-grant operations. - Design pricing strategies and business models for Saas deployment.
Partnership & Market Development - Foster strategic relationships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry partners. - Identify and pursue growth opportunities through market analysis and stakeholder engagement
Risk & Innovation Management - Balance security requirements with innovation and growth objectives. - Design scalable frameworks for managing research collaboration risks. - Develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage while ensuring compliance. - Create sustainable models for risk management in Saas delivery. - The position will evolve with program needs and market opportunities.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Seven years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
