Job Summary

As the Assistant Director of Operations, you will oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring seamless event execution, efficient team management, and top-tier guest satisfaction. You will work closely with department heads to drive excellence in service, logistics, and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Premium services, including Clubs, Suites, and Catering Group Sales
  • Manage Concessions operations
  • Oversee Purchasing and Warehouse functions
  • Lead and develop teams to provide exceptional guest and client experiences
  • Manage event logistics, staffing, scheduling, and on-site coordination
  • Collaborate with vendors, security, and food & beverage teams to optimize services
  • Monitor budgets and implement cost-effective solutions
  • Enhance workflows and streamline operations
  • Utilize operational and administrative systems such as BirchStreet, MyStaff, Micros, Square, Mashgin, Amazon, Everest, Suites OMs, Reserv, Smartsheet, Google Sheets
